Our aim is to ensure...

Safe, decent, and affordable housing for elderly, disabled and low-income families; to create opportunities for low income residents to become economically independent and self-sufficient; and to operate this agency in a business like fiscally responsible way, striving for financial independent and working with the federal government to assure quality housing as a part of a neighborhood.

In order to achieve this mission, we will:

  • Put the interests of the residents first
  • Strive to improve service to the residents and community
  • Establish productive partnerships with our residents, the private sector and public entities to solve common problems and plan for community development
  • Be responsible stewards of monies and opportunities made available through federal programs and local earned rental income
  • Treating everyone with unconditional positive regard, just as one would like to be treated
